Hello! My name is Jenna and I am a 35 year old mother of two. I have a 2 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. I have been CPR, Heimlich and fire safety trained many times over the years, but I would need to obtain a current certificate should you require it. I have a current and clear background check, own my own car and have a clear driving record. Before reading any further please be aware that my son comes to work with me. It is extremely important to me that you be comfortable with that. He is a well socialized, loving and happy little boy! I have worn many hats over the years and have a wide range of skills. I attended Job Corps where I studied culinary and fueled my ultimate career goal of being a chef. After the birth of my daughter I Read more required something more family friendly, so I decided to study nursing and private care. My daughter and I moved abroad in 2008 and I found myself in a new country with limited opportunity. I decided to do what I knew best as a means to support myself and started offering nanny services. I worked for many years with multiple wonderful families and enjoyed every minute of it. After acquiring the language and establishing a network, I decided to go back to my roots and start my own cake and catering business. I continued to do this until I moved back to America in 2016. I gave birth to my son in 2017, and here I find myself in the same position. Being a mother is something I love and enjoy, and it only makes sense for me to work as a nanny while I raise my son. I love to share my skills and experience with the kids I care for. We learn language, cook together, do crafts and activities, spend as much time outdoors as possible and just have fun!
