I grew up with watching my three siblings who were each two years apart down the line. Also, I have cared for multiple babies, young children and young teens. I am a helper in my 1st and 2nd grade Sunday School class. I have to organize the take-home papers and keep the kids occupied with games (it works every time) to keep them from getting hurt from running around the room until the teacher arrives. Once, for a month, I had to babysit a three-year-old and a nine-year-old who were siblings. In addition to feeding them, getting them up in the morning, and making sure they got their baths; I also did the laundry, dishes, cleaning and took care of their kitten. For games, I like to find ones that will help children's skills while they have fun too. I have used flash card games that require speed and concentration; Read more musical chairs; and Seven Up.
