I had meet Kelly for an interview. She is a bright and mature women who is very organized. She is wonderfully empathetic and intuitive. Though she did not take my job offered, I felt very strongly in her ability to take care of anyone’s children. She will excel in any environment!

Kelly has recently begun working with our family. She has a special way with our son. They have a great time singing Disney songs, reading, playing games & more. Since we first met, Kelly has been punctual each time. She has a very refreshing, positive attitude. Our son has Down Syndrome and several other special medical needs which can make it nerve-wracking for us to leave him with anyone. But Kelly is making that process easy. She continues to earn our trust. Kelly has a lot of interest in learning new skills. She asks good questions, is conscientious about her work, follows detailed instructions with no problems. She has been very good in communicating and in arranging schedules with us. We don't want to share her with anyone! But we would recommend her highly!
