My name is Kara and I am kindergarten teacher with my Bachelors in Science in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. I am energetic, flexible, and have experience working with a wide variety of age groups of children. I have worked at several different day cares, where I cared for children ranging from the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old. I also have experience babysitting school age children, as well, and know how to keep them engaged in a way that isn't just putting them in front of the TV. Because of my experience and background in education, I can provide children with homework support, engaging activities that enhance learning in a relaxed and fun way, and understand the importance of listening to the needs of both you and your child. Additionally, I have all of my clearances, including FBI Background Checks, PA Child Abuse Certification, and Read more PA State Police Criminal Record Check. I am also certified in both CPR and First Aid.
