Hello!! My name is Maria. I am 18 years old and I just recently graduated high school. I have had a little over 6 years of experience caring for children, starting at 12 when my mother had my sister and went on to have by brother at 14. I took care of them very frequently and now I take care of two other kids as well that my parents have been fostering. This past summer I worked as a summer camp counselor (or cabin leader), to which it was my responsibility to watch over a cabin full of kids and led them to activities&meals,took care of emergencies, emotionally provide for the children, etc. Throughout the 7 weeks I took care of kids as little as a few months (day camp and family camp) to 16 years old.
