Hi! I am a senior at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Special Education on the pre-OT Track. I love being a sitter because I enjoy spending time with kids and being part of their growth and imagination. Every day is different, whether we’re playing, learning something new, or just having fun. I love the energy and joy kids bring. It’s rewarding to build trust with families and create a safe, caring environment where kids feel comfortable and happy. I have been babysitting since May 2016. I worked as a teacher's assistant at Ducklings Early Learning Center from April 2023 to January 2025 for children aged 6 months to 5 years old. I worked as a summer camp teacher for children aged 5-9 and currently work as a teacher assistant in Pittsburgh at Bright Horizons from May 2025 to present. I am currently pre-student teaching in Pittsburgh for 15 hours Read more a week at Fanny Edel Falk Laboratory School. For all experiences, I obtained clearances and can provide my clearances. I’m skilled in communication, problem-solving, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified. My background in education and child development has helped me understand how to support kids’ emotional and social needs, handle conflicts calmly, and maintain a safe, positive environment. I am looking for babysitting jobs when I am home from college for Winter Break. The dates I am home and available for breaks are 12/16-12/23 and 1/2-1/8.
