Hello! I am currently a tenured 6th grade Social Studies and Special Education Teacher. I have taught for 8.5 years. I received my Reading Specialist Certification and Masters Degree in Literacy from the University of Delaware in 2019. I am also currently working towards a second Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership and will graduate in 2025. Along with my second Masters Degree, I am working towards my Autism Certification from the University of Delaware. I have a passion for special needs as my son is on the spectrum. I am very involved with his early intervention programs and advocate for him as much as possible.
