We have really enjoyed working with Veronica. After engaging her services, she was proactive about setting up a visit before her first job with us to get to meet my family; this really helped put my mind at ease. She was very prompt. Without being asked, She clearly documented the activities she went through with our then 3 month old infant throughout the day. I appreciated that she read a lot of books to him and kept him engaged and calm while I worked. Veronica has a gentle, kind manner and she is very easy to communicate with. I will highly recommend Veronica.
