I am a currently a college freshman Dean's List student at Roger Williams University. Prior to attending Roger Williams University graduated from Mount Saint Charles Academy with High Honors. During my high school career I participated in numerous community service events like a trip to Camp Sunshine, a Navajo Reservation service trip and regular volunteering at Seven Hills Foundation. Additionally I was a leader of my high school dance team, a member of National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society, competition cheerleading, lacrosse, and Campus Ministry. I really enjoy working with kids and have had a lot of experience volunteering with elementary school aged children. Throughout high school I volunteered at the local elementary schools helping the children with their homework, playing games, and making crafts. Additionally I have spent the past four summers volunteering at Vacation Bible Camp. There I have had the wonderful experience of being able Read more to work with elementary aged children doing things such as games, crafts, and drama activities. Throughout these experiences I was able to grow a great relationship with the children. I really enjoy working with kids and feel that not only can I help them learn new and exciting things but they can teach me new things as well.
