Hello, my name is Amanda McCarriston and I am a second year graduate student for Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Rhode Island. I’ve had a variety of experience with children ages 3-21 years of age. Though my clinical practicum, I have treated children ages 3 and 4. In addition, I have worked a social skills group with children ages 6 and 7 on the autism spectrum disorder and worked as a companion for two individuals age 20 with Down Syndrome. My work and school related history has prepared me for various types of children and I would describe myself as reliable, responsible, and patient. I will be sure to provide your child/children with a positive role model and an enjoyable experience.
