I am a mother of a 25 and 28 year old. I've always enjoyed the curiosity a child brings to the world and with that, challenging them to discover something new about the world. In raising my children, I figured out that instilling a desire to learn more and problem solve is the key to a child becoming independent with schoolwork and later on in life, a self-motivated employee. I enjoy doing arts and crafts with the children to give them another opportunity to express themselves. I also enjoy outdoor play with the children that includes the basics of sports. Teamwork and sportsmanship are two key elements to bring to a child's life and sports will teach those personal skills. I have worked with disabled children, managed a residential program for disabled adults, taught preschool and I have a degree in health education.
