I am currently a college student at the University of Rhode Island, studying Environmental Science. I have spent the past 6 summers as a summer camp counselor, leading a group of 35-50 6th graders and 3 other co-counselors. I have experience babysitting at the smaller scale, but after so many years of camp I thrive with energetic kids! I play volleyball, have done theater, and am passionate about the outdoors so I find lots of ways to connect with kids that have a variety of interests. I am currently working as an aquarium educator which has given me a unique chance to better my communication skills, especially when it comes to teaching kids! I have a younger brother, as an older sister I grew up attentive and keeping a sharp eye on him. I am also CPR and First Aid certified which is always a plus:)
