I am a 28 year old college student at Aiken Technical College working on my certification as a Certified Medical Assistant, I will be finish next summer 2016. I currently work as a Customer Service Representative at Circle k and I love my job, but I'm looking to make extra money on my off days, If I can find a sitter job that is Permanent and pays a fair amount, I may consider becoming a sitter full time as long as It doesn't effect my school schedule. I do have experience working with children, I have been a babysitter for family and friend, I'm great with kids. I have also been an after school assistant teacher for Karens Kiddie Korner for Mrs. Jones in Augusta Georgia, when I was in high School. I loved that job, I would help the after school children with their school homework and for the Read more kids that didn't go to school I would make up school work that would help them learn before they start going to school. If need be, I will have my sister and cousin whom I have been a babysitter for write a reference letter and also friends as well, they would gladly do so with honesty and truth. I will be re-certified in CPR as soon as my teacher prepare for us to do so. If there is any problem with the kids I will contact the parent/parents before making a respectful decision to nicely discipline( I don't believe in capital punishment at all), I believe in talking to the child to figure out what may be causing them to act out and finding a solution to the problem. Kids deceive respect to and if we take the time out to listen to them, we can both (kid and I) come up with a positive solution/outcome. ( now, you may see no in my selection for are you comfortable with pets, but I am an animal lover, I'm just still getting use to being around animal that don't . know me, I do get a little afraid, if the animal can be put in a small room with lots of food and water, I would be willing to come, Please don't let this be a reason why I can't be a great sitter for you.
