My name is Hannah and I'm a 25 year old Clemson University grad that is currently in sales. Although I am in the business world, I graduated with a BA in Early Childhood Education and attained my SC teaching certificate. I have a great deal of experience with babysitting and teaching children. I did not pursue a teaching career after graduation because although I absolutely loved my students and making an impact on their lives, I did not love the instruction aspect of the job (lesson planning, rigorous standards, etc). I think both are necessary for making a good educator. I have been babysitting since the age of sixteen. The ages I have kept range from infant to thirteen. I completed my practicum in a second grade classroom and my student teaching (full time responsibility of students) in a kindergarten classroom. I have experience in teaching children with emotional and Read more behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, and babysitting a child who is on the autism spectrum. I love all kids! Why am I joining a babysitting site now? I feel like I am finally at a place in my career where I can balance work and some part time babysitting. I sure do miss being around kids and the joy they add to life!
