Hi! My name is Lia and whether it was my younger siblings and cousins or kids in my neighborhood, I’ve been babysitting for as long before I knew it was something someone could get paid for! I’ve always known that whatever I do in life, I’m going to be working with kids, it’s the one job I’ve had that never gets boring and I never stop learning. After spending a few semesters majoring in English Secondary Education at Appalachian State University, I’m back in my hometown of Columbia to focus on taking care of my family and myself. I’ve spent about the last year nannying and helping out at a local elementary school. I adore animals (especially cats) and have no problem running errands, preparing meals, homework help, or helping out with housework. I can’t wait to get to know your family!
