I have a deep passion for working in childcare because I enjoy being a part of children’s early learning and development. Supporting young children as they grow, explore, and reach new milestones brings me both joy and purpose. I strive to create a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I have several years of hands-on experience working with children of various ages, especially infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. My experience includes managing daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap schedules, as well as planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. I have also completed observations, anecdotal notes, and developmental assessments to track each child’s progress and better support their individual needs. Building strong relationships with families has also been an important part of my role, ensuring open communication and trust. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring I am prepared to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. I am experienced in guiding children through social-emotional development, handling challenging behaviors with care, and promoting positive interactions. I also create engaging lesson plans and structured environments that support learning through play.
