Hi! My name is RickeJo, and I’m a freshman at Coastal Carolina University. I’m originally from Colorado, so moving across the country for college has been a really exciting new chapter for me! One of the things I really want to continue in college is working with children because it’s something I genuinely love. I have previous childcare experience working with infants through Pre-K, with most of my experience being with toddlers. My favorite part of childcare has always been getting to know each child’s personality and becoming someone they feel comfortable and happy around. I love the little moments, whether it’s doing crafts, playing outside, reading together, helping them learn something new, or just making them laugh. I’m a very caring, patient, and dependable person, and I want the children I care for to feel safe, loved, and supported.
