Hello! Thanks for viewing my profile. I’m Jessica, 34 years old, and a stay at home mom. I have 3 children. My oldest son is in 9th grade, middle son in Kindergarten, and our youngest is at home with me during the day. Besides raising my own children, I’ve been babysitting since I was 12.

I started babysitting because of my little sister. My dad fell ill when I was just thirteen so I decided to take my sister under my wing. She had an undiagnosed learning disability at the time and the progress I could see I was making with her was too rewarding to quit. I wanted to help kids like I’ve helped her, so that’s what I did, and I love my job for that reason. I love working in childcare because I value children’s early education and enjoy getting to help them learn to properly handle their emotions. Childcare is a wonderful field to be in.

Why I love being a sitter?
