Hello! I'm Cassidy, a dedicated and experienced educator and child development specialist with over five years of hands-on work supporting children and families. I absolutely love helping kids grow, learn, and thrive in fun, nurturing ways—whether through playful activities, creative lessons, or calm, supportive routines. As a certified elementary teacher, I've spent time in classrooms creating engaging, hands-on lessons for elementary-aged kids, integrating technology and differentiated activities to meet every child's unique needs. I also worked as an Early Intervention Specialist with children ages 0-5, conducting developmental assessments, designing play-based interventions to boost speech, motor skills, and social-emotional growth, and partnering closely with families to create and follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). I monitored progress closely and loved empowering parents with tools and resources to continue that support at home.
