Hi! My name is Taylor, and I have over four years of experience working with children. I currently work as a substitute teacher, teacher assistant, and after-school instructor, where I help students learn, stay engaged, and feel supported. During high school, I also babysat two toddlers through my outreach program, which helped me develop patience, responsibility, and a love for caring for young children. In addition, I lead a youth dance ministry where I mentor children and work closely with families. I assist parents with transportation by helping with pickup and drop-off, and I also provide tutoring and homework support.
