Hi my name is Meagan Jeffcoat. I am 23 years old. I am currently a home nanny for an 21 month old and a three year old, and have been there for 18 months (am looking for other work as they are starting preschool). Before that, I was a lead preschool teacher at a daycare where I cared for infants and toddlers, ages 6 weeks up to a year old. I've been babysitting on and off as well for about 5 years now, starting with my three nephews since they were infants and have also been a teacher within my church’s childcare program on Sunday’s. I like to think I am a pretty enthusiastic person and I love children, any ages but mostly younger (6 and under). I am also comfortable with animals (dogs, cats, hamster, etc.) I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant and I am certified in CPR Read more and first aid. I'm really looking for something that I can enjoy doing in a close environment, which is caring for children and help them develop. I have taken childhood education classes, including one on children with exceptionalities, learning the best ways to help each individual child grow and develop in the most beneficial way.
