Hello, I’m Myra and I’m a caring, loving and patient grandmother of 17 grandchildren. I have helped raise them from birth to preteen age. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and I have Social Work training. Also I was a substitute teacher while in college. I have been providing childcare in my home for the last 10 years and I have taken care of several children from 6 weeks old to 4 years old when they started headstart. I feel that education is very important and should start at infancy with educational play that I include while we are playing and doing crafts. And I prepare toddlers for kindergarten and help older children with their homework. I try to have a structured schedule throughout the day and when the weather permits we go outside to play. I’m available for date nights and can do them in your home. My days and times are flexible and references are available upon request.
