I'm from Georgia, and in the south, some people know that most of us out there grow up in big families. I was raised in a house of six kids, with me being the second oldest. Most times, if my mom couldn't find someone to babysit us, I always had to step in and fill those shoes. My youngest sibling is 9 years younger than me and I literally raised him, along with 3 younger children. I guess naturally I'm a nurturer. As I got older other family members would often ask me to babysit, so most of my weekend were full with caring for children. From the ages of 15-17, during the summer , I would leave to go babysit my cousins at a relative's house because their mom was always at work, and she has an on call kind of job. When caring for kids, I've learned, to Read more cook, clean the house, do laundry, bathe children, and learn to put them to bed when it's time to. And genuinely, as an individual, I am loving, fun, creating, caring and a HUGE kid at heart. I enjoy the company of younger people because I can come to an understand with learning and through my years of caring for children, I've learned to deal with different personalities, along with patience, and rationality. I do love kids and I love to care for people, so why not do both!
