Hi! My name is Laura, and I bring over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience, including 3.5 years in a leadership/managerial role within early childhood settings. I have worked with children of all ages and stages, from infants through school-age, and I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child in my care. I am CPR and First Aid certified, with additional training in Medication Administration (MAT), medical emergencies, and multiple other childcare-related certifications. Safety is always my top priority, and I am confident in handling both everyday needs and unexpected situations calmly and responsibly. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a mother of five, which gives me a deep, real-world understanding of children’s needs, routines, and individual personalities.
