Hey, my name is Ashleigh, I love caring for people and helping families excel. I have lived in Mount Pleasant for the past 15 years and love the area. I have recently gotten my certifications to be a stewardess on yachts and am looking to gain experience that will make me a more desirable candidate. I am always open to trying new things but some of my current hobbies are hiking, painting, dancing, yoga, reading, and cooking. Over the past two summers, I have worked as a horse groom responsible for 11 horses and 20+ riders/campers daily. This work has given me invaluable experience in communications, attention to detail, flexibility, and working with others. As a horse groom, I was responsible for the complete care of 11 horses, including mucking out stalls throughout the day, preparing individual feed, refilling hay and water when needed, tacking and untacking horses, and grooming Read more horses and cooling them off after lessons. I also cared for the injuries and illnesses of the horses and moved the horses to various locations, all while maintaining a neat workspace. I ensured the safety of not only the horses but also the riders/campers, I juggled the moving parts in an efficient manner when riders/campers and their horses returned from lessons and other riders/campers simultaneously arrived to begin their lessons.
