I just turned 50 so I’m not a teeny hopper that will stay on my phone while there. I will hold your baby or play with your kids while being consistent on how you do things. Structures are important. If your child takes a nap, I am happy to do dishes Nd laundry and take out the trash or do whatever is needed but the child or children will always come first. I have excellent references and would love to meet your family in person if I am what you need.
