I believe child care should take into account all aspects of a child's development and have practised this principle during my more than 10 years in the classroom including at the kindergarten to tertiary level as well as in raising my own children and caring for children of relatives and friends. I fully understand the challenges involved in child rearing especially for parents working full time.
