Hello, I’m Emma! I’m a professional caregiver, tutor, and advocate with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care. My focus is on celebrating each child’s strengths, supporting their unique needs, and fostering growth in a way that respects their individuality. I have over 5 years of experience working with children, including 3 years as a behavior technician in an ABA center, where I worked directly with autistic children and children with other developmental differences. These experiences have given me deep insight into creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to be themselves. In addition to childcare, I can offer educational support, life skills coaching, and advocacy to help your child thrive both at home and in the community. I believe in collaboration with families to build consistent, compassionate strategies that truly work for your child. I am based in Myrtle Read more Beach, SC, and open to opportunities in the surrounding areas, with a very flexible schedule. My starting rate is $25/hour.
