To think that I would never go on any type of diet, ever! I was shocked that I was open to giving it a try. Because I grew up in the south I was used to greasy, seasoned food. Now that I’m older, I only want foods that made me feel good as a kids, my comfort food. I wasn’t opened to eating anything that was too out of my norm. I chose a 5-day meal instead of one to really give this diet a shot. After looking at the recipes, I thought that some of the foods was what I already ate just healthier. Because I did a 5-day meal, I had multiple recipes. However, I’d like to elaborate on one of my favorite meals. One of my meals were grilled asparagus topped with pico de gallo.
