I am a support/instructional teacher for a young disabled child in the local public school. I provide both academic and physical assistance to this student as directed by therapists. I make observations, collect data and give input to appropriate county staff employees. I assist with behavior modification and implement modifications as needed. I also assist in the implementation of the IEP. I work with this child 5 days for the full school day in an inclusion class.
