This was my first time using sittercity and I couldn't be happier...Karen was absolutely the best! She arrived early, immediately made me and my kids feel comfortable and was able to soothe my youngest right away when we walked out the door and he screamed (being a toddler and all!) Karen played with the kids and was able to get them to bed with no trouble at all...which even I can't do! She is friendly, warm, smart and responsible...and lots of fun according to my 5 year old! We will definitely be calling Karen again...my kids loved her! And so did me and my husband :)
