Hello there! I am so glad you are taking the time to consider me. I have just completed my undergrad at the University of Evansville, in Indiana, and I was a biology, pre-pharmacy major. I will be continuing on at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center for my Doctor of Pharmacy degree. My first job at the age of 14 was to nanny 2 boys (12 months and 3 years) while their mother tutored children after school. Then a few years later they had a new little girl, in which I also watched. I will occasionally work in my church's nursery as well. Then throughout the years I have babysat for many different families with kids ranging from newborn to 13. I have worked as a lifeguard for 4 years and as a swim coach for 5 years at the YMCA. With that, I have been CPR and First Read more Aid certified for the past 5 years. My official certification has recently expired, but I will be certified again soon! I also have been a volunteer at my local animal shelter for 6 years, so if there is a pet/pets in the house I will be more than comfortable. Last summer I was fortunate enough to fill in at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for a pharmacy technician who was going on parental leave, in which I have learned so much from! I love working and teaching children new activities or skills, as this year I was a tutor through the YMCA. I like to keep the kids engaged and educational without it being boring or hard. I love the outdoors and being outside was a favorite part of my childhood. Lastly, I am very dependable and timely. If you want to know any more about me feel free to ask, I'd love to share!
