I am currently in college and have worked in childcare for about 3 years and have experience in babysitting for about 8. I have been a Kids Supervisor at Lifetime Fitness for the past 2 summers and have enjoyed it very much. Through the position I was in, I had exposure to many situations with parents, kids, and other members of the gym. I take pride in caring for the kids and being able to communicate with all parties as needed. I have worked with kids of all ages, from 3 months to 12 years old. I worked with the kids and the other counselors and team members to ensure that we created a safe and fun environment for everyone while staying on track for the day while managed up to 30 kids a day during camp and 55 kids in a space while maintaining a safe, fun, and learning Read more environment. I love helping people and making close connections with kids and parents to ensure that everyone is comfortable and heard. I have worked with kids on the spectrum, who have autism, high functioning anxiety, and kids who just have a hard time being away from their parents. I work to communicate with parents in making sure their child has all the tools that they need.
