Hey I'm so happy you're here! A few details about me: First and foremost I am a follower of Jesus. My faith is most important to me. I am a Baylor University graduate (go Bears!). I majored in Child Development with an emphasis on Early Childhood. Throughout college, I spent my summers at Kanakuk Kamps, working with children ages 6-12. The one summer I did not work there, I interned at a Down syndrome Achievement Center (GiGi’s Playhouse Nashville), working with children with special needs. I also was a part-time nanny for three families that summer. Post-college, I became a Substitute Teacher in Frisco ISD in Texas (primarily 3rd grade). I then moved and began a new job as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for children with autism. I eventually climbed my way up to Senior RBT. My clients ages ranged from 6 months to age 16. I loved my job and loved watching my clients learn specific social skills, anger management, and in general, progress behaviorally. Most recently, I have been a full time nanny to two girls- G5 and G7 for the past year and a half. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified for adults and pediatrics. I also have three large dogs at home, so I am comfortable if you have pets as well. I grew up here in the Brentwood/Franklin area and have now moved back to the place I know and love. I am sadly leaving my current nanny family, as the girls are aging out of full time care and headed for elementary school! I am currently looking for a temporary full time or part time position (through November or December), as I prepare to welcome my first baby in January!
