Hello! My name is Marisa. I am a military wife and proud parent of a beautiful young lady (13 years old) who is my greatest treasure. I was born and raised in Hawaii where I spent most of my time playing at the beach. My parents provided opportunities to participate in a wide range of sports and activities such as swimming, gymnastics, dance, music and travel. As I entered college, I decided to major in Psychology to focus on Human Development. After the birth of my daughter, I shifted my focus specifically to Childhood Development. I have previously taught dance and color guard at Kamehameha Schools (HI), Cupertino High School (CA), Maui High School (HI) and several non-profits in Hawaii from 1999 to 2012. These programs offered dance and music classes to children ages 5 to adult. Class sizes ranged from 10 to 30+ students. Each program required annual background Read more and drug testing.
