I am semi retired from my 15+ years in Medical, orthopedics. I wanted a change of pace. I have years of experience working with kids age 0-13yrs. I am CPR Certified. I am American and I'm a Spanish Interpreter for Mphs Schools and I am learning Mandarin Chinese. I study to learn these languages. I feel that any moment with a child can be a teaching moment. At parents requests, I will speak to 'my' children in the other languages. I am a mother of 1 and I have one grandson who is 3 and a half yrs old. He is American but he understands Spanish and he speaks some Spanish. I must say he understands much more than he speaks. He is now learning Mandarin from me. Yes it is possible and actually much easier for children. I am a non smoker, non drinker. I have high moral values Read more and I'm very responsible. Communication is the key. I'm very protective of 'my' kid. Safety first. I am confortable with small dogs but I'm not comfortable with large indoor dogs. I'm sorry. I didn't grow up around dogs and they make me nervous.
