I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Child and Family Development. I love to get in the floor and play with children on their level. I believe education should be fun. I dont mind getting dirty and making a mess. Though I do clean up after myself and the children, my first priority is the child or children. I will do clean up and household maintenance at appropriate times so as not to take my focus away from the children. I believe positive reinforcement is the best way to discipline our children, however I do believe that there are times when time out or removal of privledges is appropriate, but try to use these sparingly.
