I am a Mom of 3. They are 21, 15 and 9 months. I need extra income but I don't want to go back to work outside of my home because I want to stay home with my baby. I love kids and can't imagine any job as rewarding as caring for children! I started babysitting when I was 12 years old. I stayed with three children overnight for a Mother who worked night shift. The children were nine months, three and four. I also worked one summer as a housekeeper and a babysitter for a nine year old when I was 14. I have kept various ages of children at different times since then.
