I have a 10 and 11 year old brother and sister who I basically helped raise and have been like a second mom to as I'm 15 years older. I have always loved kids and have volunteered or worked with children since high school including coaching rec league sports, working in the nursery at church, babysitting, etc. In college, it was much the same. I was in the Big Brother Big Sister program and had a little sister who was 9 and a little brother as well actually who was 4. I currently volunteer at the animal shelter in my free time and am not currently working with children as much as I'd like.
