It all started out when my first nephew was born it really made me want learn how to successfully watch children no matter what age. Today my nephew is 8 years old and always tells me that he enjoys my company. Not only have I babysat my nephews but I have also previously worked at a daily 8-week long summer camp where kids ages 5-12 participated. Within the camp we had team building exercises, academics, art, and more.

("betah" is one of my favorite nicknames -- given by a toddler I watched weekly for 3 years!) I have experience with newborns to elementary students, and of course, ample experience "just chilling" with a plenty of middle school and high school friends (who wants to say they have a babysitter as a teenager??). I have my own reliable vehicle, have been CPR & First Aid certified, and also have 4 years of nanny experience under my belt. Additionally growing up with five siblings and no television has given me an appreciation for creativity, an extensive imagination, and a joyous outlook on the chaos of childhood.
