I began my childcare journey as a teenager. I initially started volunteering at summer camps and recreational center day camps. As I gained more experience I then moved on to camps tailored for special needs children and adults. I furthered cultivated my childcare experience by babysitting babies, and school age children when friends or family would need childcare. I began college studying Child Psychology and gained interest in Autism Spectrum disorder. While studying I was presented with the opportunity to provide care for a program manager at Google who was head of accessibility. While working with Google I have been fortunate enough to attend accessibility conferences all over the world. When the traveling stopped i sought a job in behavior therapy and become a Registered Behavior Technician.
