As far as experience goes, I worked in an aftercare program for two years with kids ranging from 5-13. I coached an afterschool soccer team in the past year for girls ages 9-11. I've also steadily babysat for families around Midtown, Memphis for 4+ years. In addition to that, I worked summers at JoAnn's Kids Learning Academy, helping with toddlers and pre-teens.
