Hello, My name is Cherie and I am a Mom myself as well as a full time FedEx employee for the last 6 years. I'm a little further down the parenting path than many of you and have first hand experience from birth to college when it comes to providing child care. I am in the home stretch of getting my 2 daughters out of the house and off to college. My girls being nearly grown gives me the freedom and opportunity to work with someone else's precious children for a time now. I did a lot of babysitting when I was a teenager but my real life experience has been in raising my own two daughters who are now 17 and 19, as well as working with elementary age children on Wednesday nights for over a year at my church. Currently I work full time at FedEx Logistics M-F Read more 7-4. On my day job I do a lot of computer work, training, and general support to our 350+ member sales team. I am looking to do some childcare on weeknights or weekends since this is when I have time away from FedEx. I have a Van, am a safe driver, and would be able to provide transportation for the children I would care for. I am perfectly willing to run errands for you as long as the kids don't mind tagging along and I can do some minimal tidying up around the house as well. I'm not a huge animal lover but can get along with most pets. I also love cooking, especially baking. I look forward to finding a good fit with a family/child/children who I can care for in your absence.
