My name is Kayla Walker and i'm 20 years old. I am currently a junior at Middle Tennessee State University studying Journalism/Communications. For the past two years I have worked for Murfreesboro City School as an ESP caregiver. Out of all of my previous jobs, being apart of ESP has been an experience that has taught me so much that I will never forget. Working with all ages of kids and learning each personality has given me a bigger outlook on life and how kids can be so therapeutic. I understand the responsibility of taking care of children can be challenging at times, but I've learned to develop ways to accommodate a child's needs in every way. As a sister of three younger sisters, they have taught me how communicate and understand their mindsets. I have a heart for all children and I am ready to watch some kiddos!
