I have been caring for a 5 yr old child a couple of evenings a week, a 19 month old child two full days a week and a 9 month old two days a week as well. am currently a retired, relocated business professional having moved here in January 2014 due to my husbands' employment. I have two grown daughters (21years old who is in college), (26 years old who lives in DC). I believe that my own experiences as a mother speaks for itself and I've worked full time for 26 years with the Commonwealth of MA while raising my daughters, managing a household and very active in my girls schools and activities over the years. So I know the juggling act and organizational skills it takes to care/raise children. I always enjoyed spending time with children. Whether it is reading to them or go to story time at Read more a local library, arts and crafts, playing games indoors and outdoors, walks in the park & playground and zoo. Sports (love swimming and ice skating) are always fun and silly dancing to music or making forts are favorites with children. I have a reliable car for transporting to & from school and/or activities, as well as run errands. I prefer a week day schedule (Monday-Friday), but can be flexible, even overnights.
