Please make sure you have a binding contract dealing with Joyous… She quit after agreeing with me to pay her $100 a week to pick up all 3 of my children from daycare after school and bring them home 3 days a week for 2 hours, which is a permanent position, and turns around on payday and says oh, sorry for the confusion I meant to say $100 a day… my kids ain’t the Obama’s and you not cooking, cleaning or anything but simply dropping them off and make sure they’re ok… my kids really liked her and so did I … can’t believe she stood me up and I have no family to help me…I need help

My children and I loved Joyous' services. She was very attentive to their needs; however, she is not dependable! I scheduled her to come and midnight the night before her scheduled shift, I received a text saying she had a photoshoot and was too tired to do the job the next day. Another time, I texted her and did not get a response. Think twice before booking.
