I am a current college student (senior in the fall at UTK) and am home for the summer through mid-August. I love working with kids and am studying to be a special education teacher. I have babysat since middle school and was a full time babysitter my junior and senior year of high school where I would pick the kids up from school, take them to extracurricular events, help with homework, do dinner and bedtime, etc. as well as weekend care. I have had a year of student teaching in a special education elementary school both in an intervention setting for reading, math, and social skills as well as in a self contained special ed classroom.
