With over 25 years of experience in child care, l'm all about having fun while helping kids learn and grow. I like to think of myself more of a teacher than a sitter. I love getting creative with activities and playing games, or tackling school projects. In my spare time, I travel with my husband on flying adventures. He became a private pilot once our three daughters were are off on their own adventures. I have been a director of 4 faith based programs in the past 25 years with starting 2 from the ground up. I’m now looking to make a shift and be more intentional with my time to help individual families.

I’ve known Crystal Tew for 9 years, and have worked side by side with her in a childcare setting, preparing a local childcare facility for licensing. Crystal is safety certified and safety minded, and knowledgeable on all state rules and regulations. I find her to be very energetic, and engaging with children.
