Hi! My name is Mary, and I would love the opportunity to bring my extensive experience to your family's world. I am a recent grad from a small liberal arts college in Pennsylvania, moving back home to the Nashville area. Most recently, I have worked with children with ages from 6 weeks to Pre-K through full time employment at a family-owned daycare. In this role, I primarily worked as a Nursery Lead, caring for 8 infants alongside creating developmental curriculum, scheduling nap and feeding times, and updating parents through daily notes and photos. While wrapping up my college experience, I worked part time for my college's writing center, helping my peers perfect their Spanish conversational and writing skills. In high school, I volunteered with United Way to tutor elementary students who struggled with reading abilities, often due to dyslexia or ADHD, to improve standardized testing scores. I also worked part Read more time tutoring high school and middle school students in math and grammar. Throughout middle and high school, I volunteered for my church's childcare and Sunday school programs. Caring for children has always brought me a deep sense of purpose and joy. I love watching kids discover the world, and I take pride in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments that support their growth and confidence. Whether it’s soothing an infant, building early literacy skills, or helping with homework, I’m motivated by the chance to make a positive, lasting impact on each child’s day. Being a nanny allows me to combine my love of education, creativity, and caregiving into meaningful, personalized work. I’m excited to bring that energy and dedication to a family who values connection, consistency, and care.
