I have cared for babies and young children ranging from ages 13 months to 9 years old. I am very family oriented and I am actively curious about the development of children. I enjoy researching new ways babies and toddlers learn and develope. I seek to bring out kids' imaginations and their learning styles. I am also very movement oriented so walks in the park or even dancing in a play room is a must. I want to encourage children to participate and be curious and ask questions freely. I will encourage them to be their authentic young selves. However, I will set clear boundaries with them to let them know where the limits are. I am a college student majoring in Radiology Technology and I am studying dance on my own time. My dream is to work with underprivileged kids and kids with disabilities and teach them about dance Read more and movement. I want to invite kids to learn how to love themselves and love their own bodies through the movement of different styles of dance. Babysitting is my step in the right direction to learn more about the development of children and to help myself grow to be the teacher I want to be. Although I am young, I can promise you that your children will be in safe hands with me.
